JVC’s new DLA-RS1 Projector
We’ve always loved JVC’s 3 chip D-ILA projectors, but this one is over the top with their best pricing ever.
JVC says it’s new DLA-RS1 is a breakthrough home theater projector that features full 1920 x 1080p three-chip imaging and a new display technology that achieves a previously unattainable native 15,000:1 contrast ratio, without the need for dynamic iris or other artificial means of contrast enhancement. This should provide for a home theater experience that is far better than any high end digital cinema experience. With a 15,000 to 1 contrast ratio this projector will provide for an incredibly crystal clear picture. In a word, “Breathtaking!”
The spec’s in brief are:
- Native 1920 x 1080 resolution
- D-ILA New Three Chip technology
- 15,000: 1 High Contrast Ratio without using Iris by new optical engine
- Outstanding Gray-scale reproduction
- Wide Lens Shift Range (V: 80%, H: 34%)
- Zoom Lens with 2 times Throw Ratio (1.4:1-2.8:1)
- Various Input Signals (2xHDMI, Composite, S-Video, Component)
- Fan Noise (27dB)
- RS-232C
Suggested retail price is $6295, which is an incredible value given the high end specs of this D-ILA. This new projector provides some stiff competition in the hot digital projection market, given its full 1080p compatibility, dual hdmi inputs, and 16:9 aspect ratio. Call for incredible pricing on this hot, new projector
